Our Fire District is located 5 miles south of Indianapolis, Indiana and serves 71 square-miles of Johnson and Morgan County in Central Indiana. We serve a population of nearly 30,000 residents. The Bargersville Fire District is a fast-growing blend of urban and rural area creating a unique community to work as a first responder. The fire department’s 78 firefighters and paramedics answer calls from Three fire stations strategically located to provide the fastest responses possible. Throughout the decades, BCFD has taken a progressive approach to assuring our community receives the best response available.
Bargersville Community Fire Protection District stretches for miles north, south, east, and west of the fire department’s original home in the Town of Bargersville. While Bargersville Community Fire Department retains its roots to the town, the fire protection district’s boundaries reach far beyond the town’s limits.
Bargersville Fire Serves the Communities Of: Bargersville, Waverly, Hopewell, Bluff Creek, Stones Crossing, Mt Pleasant and Providence.
